As the oldest sparkling wine producer in the Ruwer Valley, sparkling wine has always been close to our hearts. We recognized early on the Ruwer’s potential as a cool-climate region for creating mineral-driven, delicate Riesling sparkling wines.

All our Riesling Sekts come from our monopole vineyard, the Dominikanerberg, and mature on the lees for at least 36 months.

We offer our Riesling Sekts in a range of styles — from dry to brut nature.

Their names — “Ludovico,” “Stephanus,” and “Eleonore” — commemorate the friendship between Ludwig van Beethoven and Stephan and Eleonore von Breuning.

You can find more information about this under the submenu “Beethoven.”

The heart of our craft — radiant, pure, and precise. Fermented with natural yeasts.

Our Riesling wines embody classical elegance, lightness, and a distinctive minerality.

The slate soil of our steep vineyards and the cool climate of the Ruwer Valley are reflected in every glass.

From dry to off-sweet styles, from estate wines to Auslese, these are wines born of great terroir — wines of remarkable longevity.

Pinot Noir makes high demands on its growing site and requires the winemaker’s full knowledge and craftsmanship.

Our Pinot Noir grapes come from a south-facing slope in the Grand Cru vineyard Kaseler Nies’chen, produced from 30-year-old vines.

These are ideal conditions for wonderfully balanced Pinot Noirs with warm aromas, mature acidity, and a pleasant tannin structure.

As a complement, we also offer a Pinot Noir Rosé.

Our Riesling wines are defined by freshness and lightness, yet they also possess remarkable aging potential, particularly those from the Kaseler Dominikanerberg.

Our most exquisite wines from the finest vintages of past decades rest in our vaulted cellar, maturing into unique treasures unlike any others in the world.

Delicate and ethereal, these wines — from Auslesen to Trockenbeerenauslesen and Ice Wines — reveal unparalleled elegance and lasting depth. Wines of immeasurable value.
