 With a dosage of 26 grams, ELEONORE presents a juicy bouquet of apricots and remains wonderfully balanced and unmistakably fresh thanks to a salty minerality.
 ELEONORE is an exceptional aperitif and goes perfectly with lightly spiced finger food, caramelized goat cheese, or melon with Serrano ham.
 The name ELEONORE honors our ancestors, the von Breuning family, and their close connection to Ludwig van Beethoven. Helene von Breuning, in particular, supported the young Beethoven significantly, introducing him to social circles and encouraging his education. Beethoven was a frequent guest at the Breunings' home, where he also taught the children piano. Eleonore von Breuning (1771–1841) is considered his first love, to whom he dedicated several of his compositions. Her brother Stephan became a lifelong friend of Beethoven, accompanying him from Bonn to Vienna and collaborating as librettist on several of his works—including his only opera, "Fidelio," originally titled "Leonore."
