At the Kaseler Nies'chen Grand Cru site, we are the only winery to cultivate Pinot Noir grapes alongside Riesling. Our 30-year-old Pinot Noir vines are planted on half a hectare at the foot of the vineyard, facing south. At Kaseler Nies'chen, deep, copper-colored clay slate from the Devonian region ensures a high mineral content in the soil, combined with good drainage. This produces wines with finely structured minerality, fruitiness, body, and vibrancy.
 This dry rosé wine presents itself on the nose with delicate wild berry and blackberry aromas and delicately spicy nuances. The palate reveals structure and vibrancy with an appetizing saltiness. A full-bodied rosé wine that wonderfully accompanies appetizers and salads, air-dried ham, fish, and light roasts, as well as fresh cheeses. These occasions aren't just for summer!
